PRÈ.GO is an open invitation to speak, listen, and share. Play face to face or side by side. PRÈ.GO is a team game, not a competition.

The game is played with cards from four “suits”:

PR : Present experiences & current reality
E : Explaining human capabilities, and how people show up in teams
G : Goals, direction, and future potential
O : Opportunity prompts as interview questions and coach follow-ups

Ground the conversation in reality with the Present Experiences card. Give language to how the player shows up in a team with the Explaining card. Focus your answers on direction, motivation, and potential with the Goals card. Deepen the conversation and tests clarity with the Opportunity card.
